Trevor A. Elliott & Joshua D. Rahorst

Trevor A. Elliott and Joshua D. Rahorst were soldiers stationed in Baghdad Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. TREVOR A. ELLIOTT is from northern Illinois and graduated from DeKalb High School in 2003. He was in the art program for four years and many of his work was recognized in many exhibitions and competitions primarily during his senior year, including a group high school senior exhibition at DeKalb Gallery. A major accomplishment as an artist was placing 1st Prize and Best of show at the Upstate Eight Conference Art Show. Elliott is an abstract expressionist artist using primarily drawing materials on paper. As a digital photographer he enhances the elements of his photographs to create a more thought provoking message. See more at: www.elliott gallery.net JOSHUA D. RAHORST, a California native, has been experimenting with photography for ten years. The opportunity to move across the country and into Iraq with his unit has opened up a new world to him. Rahorst enjoys capturing the Iraqi Locals and Military Units throughout the Area of Operations, which he and his unit inhabit together. The quality and subject of his photography inspire his comrades. Being highly regarded by his unit, Rahorst was designated the Company Public Affairs Representative. The purpose of this website gallery is to treat the space as a photo album providing artistic and documentary insight during a difficult situation. The images may change without notice.
